I have a BA (Hons) degree in International Business and an MA in Technical Communication, both from Sheffield Hallam University.

Besides my academic qualifications, I hold a Diploma in Translation (German) from the Chartered Institute of Linguists. I am also a proud Chartered Linguist (CL), a designation which reflects my commitment to maintaining high professional standards in language services through continued professional development. I have been a Professional Member of the Society of Indexers since I qualified in 2009.
